The perfect balance of sweet and heat. Sweet mango followed by the playful heat of fresh Jalapeño peppers. This jam will give your pepper jelly a run for its money on cream cheese (surprise your friends!). Kicks up roast beef and turkey sandwiches. Add it to chicken salad for a tropical treat. Thin with a little cider vinegar or lemon juice to make a sensational dipping sauce for fried shrimp or calamari. Oh yeah, it’s that good!

“How Did You Make This Chicken?” Chicken:
For 6 to 8 pieces of chicken
Blend 1/3 cup Mango Jalapeño Jam, one stick softened butter, and 1-teaspoon Southern Mojo.
Place a generous tablespoon of Mango Jalapeño butter under skin.
Bake at 350-degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Baste occasionally with pan drippings.
